Convergent Lady Beetle

Lady beetles are among our most beneficial insects. The convergent lady beetle, Hippodamia convergenes Guérin-Méneville, is a common species. Lady beetles feed on aphid, immature scale insects, mealybugs, mites and other soft-bodied insects.
