Dr. Nick B. Comerford
Research: Soil Science
Nick Comerford is the Director of the North Florida Research and Education Center and Professor in the Soil and Water Science Department located in Quincy and Marianna, Florida. Dr. Comerford’s research program has historically dealt with soil nutrient bioavailability in a forested soil environment. He and colleagues developed the Soil Supply and Nutrient Demand (SSAND) model and has studied soil/root interactions in the parameterization of the model.
