Directions
From Jacksonville, take I-10 west to Exit #292 (CR-137). Go north on CR-137 for about 5 miles to CR-136. Turn left, and drive west on CR-136 for approximately 5 miles. The Center is on the left at the corner of the intersection of CR-136 and CR-417.
From Tallahassee, take I-10 east to Exit #283, Live Oak (US-129). Go south on US-129 to Duval Street (CR-136). Turn left, and drive east on CR-136 for about 5 miles. The Center is on the right at the corner of the intersection of CR-136 and CR-417.
From Valdosta, take I-75 to Exit #439, White Springs/Live Oak (CR-136). Go west about 5.5 miles. The Center is on the left at the corner of the intersection of CR-136 and CR-417.
